Share Your Input

New Jersey school districts are required to have a special education parent advisory group (SEPAG). The purpose is to provide input to the district on issues concerning students with disabilities.  If you would like to share your suggestions or experiences with the special education services in the Old Bridge Public School district please use the form on this page.  You can submit your input anonymously if you wish.

The mission of Old Bridge Parents and Friends of Diverse Learners:

  • Facilitate effective and productive communication between parents, students, Special Services, community members, and Board of Education members

  • Collaborate with key district and community stakeholders to enhance the quality of special education policies, practices and services

  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of students with diverse needs and abilities in school and extracurricular activities

  • Serve as a resource to parents through meetings, workshops and social media presence

We gather parent input and seek to promote best practices throughout the district, organize parent workshops and  identify systemics issues within special education programs that could use improvement and collaborate with administration to seek solutions.
